Rining time with voicemail configured

Hello everyone.
Does anyone know if the ringing time of the IP Touch 8018 effect when voicemail is configured?
The voicemail type is 4645.

And is it possible to change the ringing time for individual users?

I'm very new to all of this.

Depends on the release of software, in later release in the FAC Cat you can set a timer per FAC Cat for overflow to associate.
