OmniPCX Questions??

Greetings All,

I am new to OmniPCX equipment but not IP telephony. I have been asked to get an existing PCX back in service. I have read a little on the system. And it seems like if you are not a dealer of the product you will not be able access anything.?? What is entailed in programming the system?
