Management Port

I need to create a manamgent port on my alcatel switch. On our current switches we have the following configuration in order for us to access and manage the switch.

ip service all
ip interface "vlan-3210" address 10.6.26.14 mask 255.255.255.0 vlan 3210 ifindex 1

How would I create a management port that has IP only as the switch management will only be connected to a 3rd party access port. How do I do this?
