Multicast on Multiple OS6450s

We don't manage the MPLS so that's where we think the problem is and are having that customer look into that. They are using Cisco L3s in between each Alcatel. Site B can see the querier but not C. Site C can only see a streams from a 4th site that isn't using the Alcatels switches and streams from B. Interestingly enough, all the streams from A show up on the multicast groups in C, but not sources. I found that a little odd. We have other sites configured similarly with no issues so we feel the problem is with their MPLS config.
