Sooo

i have found the following solution and it worked fine for me:

Note: follow in the right order!
1. BIOS (F9)
a. Set boot mode to legacy (no UEFI)
b. Save and reboot
2. Smart Array Configuration (F10)
a. Tested with RAID1 with 2x 300GB/15k SAS-Disk`s
b. Create Array and reboot
3. Boot from USB Stick/DVD
4. Installation worked

Basically my problem was a HP Server from a distributor and not from ALE. So all was made for UEFI...

and after changing the boot mode to legacy i got a black screen...

after 4 days of testing and googling i found:

Code: Select all

If you get a black screen in the KVM / iLO remote video (e.g., on HP ProLiant DL360 G9), then go into ROM Based Setup
Utility (RBSU) - "Advanced Options" - "Video Options" and change the setting of the embedded video connection from
  "auto" to "always on".
and

Code: Select all

What cost us a tons of time was the wrong order of switching to legacy boot and creating the raid:
• FIRST switch to legacy boot
• Only after that, create the raid
so recreating the raid array after switching to legacy boot mode is necessary
