OS6860E-24 - LED problem

Hi all,

I have a switch OS6860E-24, which turns on but is not functional, it shows the numeric LED at “0”. Possibly the operating system must have become corrupted?!
It is possible to fix it myself or should i sent it back to Alcatel?
