OT-SBC is it mandatory or not for otms remote user such as REX through 3G/4G and WAN?
OT-SBC is only needed if we have siptruncking with public carrier isn't it ?

SBC and Reverse Proxy (OT-SBC includes the both) are needed to connect external users using SIP softphone or SIP terminals.

I got confirmation that for a remote device which connect through 3G/4G/WAN needs OTSBC + reverse proxy for https traffic.

so the otms should be with sbc capabilities .
but i Don't understand why the future supplier(s) has not taken this on consideration even my first technical specification for the solution i asked and otms with sbc ?!!
during the consultation phase I made it clear that the solution should be completely turnkey and when I see the technical commercial offer no mention made about the sbc! we will use vpn or what?!

hi and thanks for the hint , are you sure that otsbc acts as sbc and reverse proxy ?because AlE RP IS NGINX

Yes. OTSBC has Audiocodes + NGINX Reverse proxy in it.
