software corrupted

hey all,

my omni switch OS 6560 has went down, it seems software corrupted, I can't access the switch with serial port. please help me if there is any way to access the switch.

I have changed the flash by a good one from working switch but the problem still the same.

I have installed the flash of the faulty switch in a good one and it works fine with the configuration of the faulty one.

I think this switch is defect - need to RMA it.
