problem with missed call LED button on 4038/4068

Hello,
I have problem with upgraded OXE from R8 to R11.230032a. After a month from upgrade we found problem, that notifiaction button of missed calls stop blinking. On 4018 it works normal but on the better phone like 4038/4068 it stoped.

So I decided to update OXE to last one version R11.230033a but the problem still persist. In incvisu I found that errors:

From incifno I read that there were some problem with delete operations. But how to solve that not

So I try to change in user settings type of phone from IP touch 4038 to IP touch 8038 and waiting till phone take wrong binaries and after that I change it back to take correct one, but problem still persist. I dont know what could to do to solve that problem with missed call notification LED. Have anyone know what problem there be ? Or any possible solutions how to solve that ? I will be very grateful for any advice. Thank you !

Problem - with all sets or with some of them? If you create new user - problem the same?
ippstat - menu about IP set download - all IP set have right binary?

if you have an opentouch or ics connected -> switch "display unanswered calls if homepage app" to true in 8/9 phone cos.

From your ippstat output - "36 Ip phones are not updated with the right binary " - try to find IP set not updated (check download policy in Phone feature COS, try with ASAP, restart phones)

the incidents are related to an issue if a PRS is present (on opentouch or ics). you can ignore them. i've a hotfix from R&D for this (but haven't it installed yet)
