My IC Phone 8082 with NOE mode in OXO Connect 2.1

1.can i install the MY IC Phone 8082 with NOE mode on OXO connect R2.1？
2.follow attach file TC1999 8082 release note
8082 My IC Phone is a high end terminal intended for use:
 in Hotel mode when connected to OmniPCX Enterprise system (OpenTouch™ Hospitality)
 in Standard mode when connected to OmniPCX Enterprise system (OpenTouch™ Connection)
 in Business mode when connected to OmniPCX Office system
 in Conversation usage when connected to OpenTouch (OpenTouch™ Conversation)

SIP --Hotel mode
NOE--Standard mode
SIP--Business mode
SIP--Conversation usage
Are the above correct？
