sip phone has problem with DTMF

hello everyone
i have seriouse problem to send & recive DTMF with sip. here is my senario:
i have 2 node one is common hardware with release 11.2.2 that my 8001 phone is configure as sip extention and the other is crystal hardware with release 10.1 that i seize the trunk from it.(2 node is connect with hybrid abc-f)
there is no problem with analog and iptouch phone or if i configure 8001 as sip device but when i configure 8001 as sip extention the phone dont send dtmf.
i change the dtmf type in phone web setting but the problem did not solved.
and also i have an external third party ivr that work as an sip device, also i have some problem here : the ivr send dtmf but dont recive it !!!!!!
at the end i dont have 8770 for 8001 configuration. and the othere sip brand like 3cx and yealink has no problem to send dtmf
can anybody help me?

Traces? Logs? You don't send or the other party don't understand them?

dear cavanaro ,thank you for your reply.
finaly i solved problem, for 8001 problem caused by codec : abc-f trunk codec is g711 but the phone used g723
the ivr problem was payload.
