Boss/Secretery... Pickup group issue

Hi friends,

kindly help me this issue...

I have created one Boss with two Secretary... It is working fine.... Both the secretaries are in one Pickup GP...

The problem is "Pickup GP is working fine internal calls but not working in trunk incoming call..."

pls. suggest...
