Call Transfer

Dear Friends,


Is possible transfer outside call (cell phone or fixed local) that comes to omnix to another outside phone ?

For example

(Outside Phone) -----incoming call-------> [Company Omnix PCX user] --------transfer to another----(Outside Phone)


When we try to transfer to second outside phone the call falls.

Yes. Should be possible, just check your categories.

I saw documents and in phone facilities categories is possible set
to "1"

Transfer outgoing-outgoing
Transfer outgoing-incoming


Now it is working

use it carefully. phone users can transfer an endless voiceguide to another endless voiceguide.
so watch out and give the right not to all users. or look out for the max. conversation time timer.

I had the same trouble about 1 month ago. We use PBX and VoIP system in our company. And dell systems.
