Limit on user list exportation

Hi all,
I am pretty new dealling with the Alcatel 4400 and I have a lot to learn. I have not received to much information from Alcatel so any help will be welcome.

One of my problems now is that although we have more than 1400 extensions when I export the user list I cannot get more than 1118 of then. I request Alcatel to tell me whay but I have no receive and explanation about this limitation. Any help?

Hi Antonio..

If you telnet into the switch (mgr) , and go to USERS , REVIEW/MODIFY , then choose ALL INSTANCE, how many users do you see on the top ?

I'l guess you have 4760license for aprox. 1000 users, and maby 2000 in the 4400. These are 2 different licenses.

In 4760 go to Help-About, here you see how many licenses you have.

Or you can open the licens file in notepad (C:\4760\etc\nmc.license)
