Standby CPU Out Service

Dear ,

Recently, the standby cpu xb sometimes out service without reason. I did some changes below

1/ Reinstall SW R10.0 on CPU xb (CPU6)
2/ Replace by new CPU6 on CPU xb (install SW, then mastercopy from xa)
3/ Replace by new CPU6 on CPU xa (keep CPU xb, install SW and then mastercopy from xb). In this case, xb run as MAIN 2-3days and reboot automatically, xa become MAIN after.

** Now new CPU xa (trial license 30 days) is MAIN, and the CPU xb is still reboot. I post incvisu last night as below

Does anybody know this issue?. Please give me some advise? I focus on "IO2N' pair with CPU xb. Maybe it's broken.

You mean, IO2N board paired with CPU xb was broken?

May be.
You can change IO2N 7 <-->21 and check - you will have problem with CPU 0-6 or 0-20.
