VoiceMail and TOBIT DAVID

Hello,

my customer use Alcatel OmniPCX R6 with pbx VoiceMail-System.
If he got a VoiceMail the central service send an email with this VoiceMail to TOBIT Mailserver.
The problem is opening the Mail in TOBIT. The TOBIT Clients needs more than 1 minute to play the message.
I think the problem is the format wav?! Is that no standrad wav format from oxo?
TOBIT use an own Client to open wav files. It`s possible to say TOBIT open wav with the external Mediaplayer?
With Outlook/Exchange there is no problem. The message plays automatically in Mediaplayer.

TOBIT support is very bad.
Any ideas?
