new call during a call option doesn't exist

Greeting;

During the call there is an option to make new call and after that either hold/conversation each one alone or merge them in a conference together. The problem is there are some sets doesn't has this feature as in attached photos and I don't know why because the configuration parameters for both users is the same

I found the solution:)
add multi line in program keys
