SIP phone -Temporis IP251G in OXE

I am having Alcatel OXE server configured for IP phones and analog phones. Those phones are working properly.

Now I have got a new SIP phone -Temporis IP251G.
An extension number is created as "SIP Device" and configured on device.

Now SIP phone-A lines are active and I can able to call IP and Analog subscribers of the exchange.
But when I try to call from IP or Analog phones to this particular SIP phone, it is saying that "The number dialed is not authorized".

Another SIP phone-B also configured in the same exchange and I can able to call SIP Phone-A to SIP Phone-B and vice versa.

But IP/Analog subscribers to SIP extension is not working.

Somebody help me to solve this.

May be some codecs issue? Which codec used?
Or domain problem - IP/IP domain - extra-domain calls allowed?

Thanks for the reply.
There is no extra domain given. All are in same IP range only.
Codec used is G.711a in SIP phone.
