DECT synchronization issues

Hello,
I'm new here and i need some information. I hope anyone can help me. Is it safe to change the PARI number on an IBS dect system and change it back to its original number? What will happen? Is this critical? Can this resolve IBS dect synchronization issue hypothetically?

We have 256 bs situated all around the area, and it shows 2 large group and some smaller groups (15 groups). some area are empty due to pandemic and not active. Every time I check the sync process (dectview syncibs) it always change to a lot of smaller groups and don't achieve full synchronization. Can anyone help to make all bs in 1 group? Any ideas?

Alcatel-lucent omnipcx enterprise 4400. We use crystal topology.

Yes all ibs are connected to ua boards in different act connected by intof and sync by dect8 dtm
