New configuration

1) The technicians installed 3 alcatel ls 6224 by connecting them to a cisco router. Now, a switch went haywire, I don't understand why. I would like to restore it by making a copy of the image file of one of the other switches (1,2), and copy to the 3 switch.
is it possible to make a copy of the configuration file and then pass it to the switch? If possible, a description of the individual steps.
2) can I change the static IP without altering the Vlan configuration? As?
3) Alternatively I should rewrite the programming with these data: Vlan 1; voice, ip-tel, data, room, secretary. Thanks.
