Hi!

Does anyone knows what's the best path to learn Alcatel portifolio?

I don't want to waste my first attempt in ACPS entry certification, so I'll be very greatfull if someone helps...

Go through the PPT or web training.

It will be helpful and suffice in getting certified.

I would recommend taking as many of the ACSRs (Sales Rep) courses as you can - they will help you get familiar with the positioning and some of the features of the entire range to start with. Then move on to the ACPS courses
