SIP Trunk Autoanswer + Loudpseaker

Hi everyone,

we've a software , with SIP Trunk (several channels) connected to an OXO. I've a customer they need to play a voice message on phones, with auto-answer and auto open loudpseaker

How can i do this ? Should we setup something in the OXO ? or can we make the call with, for example, *70 before the number ?
