Migration from 4635 to 4645

Hello everybody,
I want to upgrade an old version crystal HW with a migration from 4635 VM to 4645.
Is there any solution to do that without recording voices again? I mean customer hat more than 400 Subscriber that using 4635 and most of them having their own welcome, Absent or Busy guide, I want to know how can I export and Import these voice from 4635 to 4645.

i have made such a migration several times, and we told the user the migrationdate, and that they have no chance to get to their viocemails after this date, and they have to insert their Name or a whole anouncement in the new system afterwards
