Infocollect tool

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use infocollect version 5.8 on a cpu6. unfortunatly when I use it, during mao.mtcl process it doesn't go any further, I waiting more than 1 hour and nothing happened. also when I using it with -i option and deny mao.mtcl at the end during archive process I recieved an error.
can anyone help me with it?

this version and patch of OXE that my customer has, has no Infocollect so I installed the last version (5. on it

Check the free space on OXE.
What was the error at the end during archive process I recieved an error
