OpenTouch with Huntig Groups

Hi everybody,

our company recently purchased an Alcatel OXE / OTMS environment and i found this page very helfpul for taking the first steps.

Actually I wonder if it will be possible to put OTMS endpoints in hunting groups with a parallel ring.

I know multi-line is not supported and creating virtual numbers for each would mess up the system.

Is there any way around of this? Can OpenTouch be single line? Supervision may work but not on mobile devices...

If Hunt Grp in parallel mode, then no multi line sets.
In OT, it is possible to create Supervision Groups to be used by OTCv PC.
work around: Since what you want is parallel ring, perhabs you can try with key supervision. Calls directed to one of them (or a fictitious) and all others with a supervision key to the one that receives the calls
