4029 phone requires 4 digit password to get outside line

4029 phone requires 4 digit password to get outside line

Hi,
I have access to 4760 interface & mgr.
termstat shows that the phone is locked.
Didn't find way to unlock it and cancel the passcode.
Please help.

Hello

Check Dynamic State User. Lock as false will remove it.

In 4760 - users/dynamic state user.
Or from locked set - dial "lock" prefix + password.
