SEPARATING ADMIN/USER RIGHT FORSAKE OF SECURITY AND ACCESS OF THE SYSTEM

Presently running with OXE 4400, I became new incharge of the system, forsake of its security i need to separate Admin/ User Rights, in order to have better security of the system. Where, user rights can be accessed to certain limits. Need your kind suggestion, as can it be done easily or need to contact vendor?? and thanks in advance....!

There should be a document on that in System Documentation properly called "Security" (8AL91012USAH). Start there.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
