Alcatel 8018 Reboot on ext. Call

Hello,
one of our Alcatel 8018 restarts every time an external call comes in. The error does not occur for internal calls and when calling out. What could be the reason for this? The error only occurred when a USB headset was connected. Could this have been an overvoltage?
