OS6350 hard-reset without CLI

Hi engineers!

Using the console cable, I cannot access my Alcatel OS6350 switch and I am sure that the cable is working and the switch too, as it was in stock ready to use.

When I connect to the COM port, the cable shows red LEDs for incoming / outgoing data and nothing appears on the screen (output).
As I have to solve a problem as soon as possible I thought about doing a factory-reset, but I can't find a way to do it without being able to access it via CLI.

Can you help me?
It is really urgent.
