Voicemail on 4035

Hi All ,

We have a 4200e and all the voicemails are working fine except the one on the main unit ie when i go to pick up messages it says I have none - but people are unable to leave any!
The system has been working fine for a couple years and only recently placed up!

Any obvious suggestions on a fix?
Also , anyone recommend a good nut reasonably pricing person to reprogram the unit for me.
