automated atendant

hi how are things.

any colleague who can support me, I am configuring an internal or integrated automatic attendant in a common hardware OXE, I already have my project, I already loaded it to the oxe, I already configured the operator part in applications, I already tested incoming calls and the main message is working with its corresponding deviations, my problem is when I want to enable the leaves for busy message and it does not answer in the menu on set part, the message is as follows:

I already changed different combinations in sheets 2 and 3, I always get that error.
