I have Omnitouch 8135 conference phone internally working fine ,but using sip trunk after the remote site get the call
we get (unsupported media )error message

yes you are right, it was a codec issue.
we got confused because we already have conference device 4035 and it's working fine, when we configured the last conference device 8035s we notice that it's working internally only and when we make any call using SIP trunk we got ( un supported media) error message.
