Shortest Path Bridging

Post by acshearer »

Hello,

I recently installed a new A-L 6860 router at my one elementary school, my other two elementary schools already had a 6860 router. As soon as I installed this new one my other two elementary school computers started getting incorrect IP addresses from DHCP, they were getting IP from the new building's subnet. I noticed that the new router had shortest path bridging enabled, which I think might be the culprit. I have disabled SPB and ISIS stuff and restarted the 6860 routers of all three elementary schools, however, two elementary schools continue to get IPs from the one schools subnet. Does anyone know what else could be causing this or maybe I don't have SPB completely disabled.

Thanks for any information.
Andrew
