How to open 8028/8038?

Hello,
i would like to fit some partly broken/partly scratched displays of 8028 EE/8038 EE to get working good ones.
What is the correct way to open the phones?
I found and removed 6 screws from back, lifted display module top cover bar and removed removed 2 shorter screws,
Then could lift the silver part of the display block a bit after unhooking noses that where under the cover before.
Removed the handset reversible hook, just for doubt.

On right side could remove the cover for the 40 button extension,
opened side some millimeters, unhooked 3 noses from top.
But i still can not open it without fear to break something.
The headphone jack/left lower side seem to be a point where it keeps the two halves together.
Any hints please?

Seventh screw was hidden behind (X) plastic part that needs to be destroyed.
