How to connect to OmniPCX PBX? Which software?

Hi, I'm newby and I have the following problem - I have one hotel on the seaside which is with ALcatel OmniPCX PBX system. We have about 50 phones connected to it. We had before time one computer with software which connected to the PBX. It was with Windows XP but it broked down and we have thrown it as far as I remember. I have task to configure PBX - mark every phone number to match the room number (H1 it will be 115 for example, H2- 116 and etc). So, I can;t remember the software which was used to connect to the PBX. I see the IP address in the network it is 192.168.1.8, and I can't see the exact model of the PBX - only one black label Alcatel and one OmniPCX. You can sign in the pbx via Putty with TelNet. You need to know IP of the OXE server, password to log in ect.

could not work if Office , you should activate telnet in that case .
for oxEntreprise it's ok
any way first of all he should know pabx type and version , he said the pc management was an xp so i presume WAS INSTALLED earlier OV4760 or 4740 for oxo or earlier omc pm5 for oxo
