Static Multicast Configuration

Good morning all,

i'd like to configure Multicast Network without IGMP as the receiver as no capabilities of generate IGMP Message
Below the topology

Current configuration is reported on the pictures and it seems to works fine (strange as there is no static map on the L2 switch), but i have some questions:
- How can i configure Alcatel 6248 to statically map a Multicast Group to a specific port (map Multicast MAC to port) ?
- Can i remove the IGMP snooping from the L2 switch as the receiver don't use it?
- Can i remove the bolded blu configuration line from the L3?
- Any other suggestion to optimize the configuration?

OS6248 has been End of Life for a VERY long time - in fact it's so old that I wouldnt be surprised if it has no such capabilities. It's time to upgrade.
