switch port IP Assign without vlan on 6860E l-3 switch

We configure on cisco l-3 switch as a router. We assign ip on a single port without vlan. this command
->en
->conf t
-> interface gi0/1
-> no switchport
->ip address 10.12.253.2 255.255.255.0
->exit

now how to assign ip address on alcatel 6860E switch port without vlan as like cisco layer-3 switch

Hi,

as fas as I know you cannot set a ip directly to a switchport.
You could add a vlan for this and assign this vlan as untagged to the switchport and nowhere else.
