Depends of the HW version. Some HW version allows external power adaptor, others does not.
Another possibility is power injector.
With POE, you should take care that it is 802.3af Class 3, so check this with the switch.

Thanks, I checked power and its ok. Unfortunately i have the same problem...keep switching between blue light in the left corner whit black screen and light off and white screen (look at the attachments)

ok - this looks like the phone is totally bricked or broken. No fix for this, you'd need a special tool to plug behind the phone, only R&D has it.
You can toss this one or get a replacement if it's under warranty.
