Licens in general term translate

Hi, I'm new to Alcatel.
One month ago I bought a used OXE and I have been teaching myself online through different sites for a month.
Can someone to tell me how many physical devices/phones, Analog, Digital, UA, VOIP, Alcatel IP Phones, Desktop Application and Mobile I can connect, based on the license that my device has.
I tried to find something online but I could not find and translate the license in general terms.

I just want to know what I have the right to do with this OXE I bought. How many devices can I connect and what devices.

I would be very pleased if sameone gave me an answer.
