Hello everyone
Our company uses alcatel 4400
I know the command for termstat d XXXX(number) Can show the status of the extension
The first item [Device features] can show State: IN_SERV or MISSCALL.
But in this way, you can only enter one number at a time to view, which is not efficient
I know that misscall is usually a client line or phone problem
I would like to ask, is there a command to list all the extensions in the current state of misscall?
Because the company has 2,000 phone numbers, so I need a method to list the [misscall status] extensions at one time, so that I can solve these wrong extensions at once.
Do you know if there is such a command?
my English is not good, I try my best to express
about show 【Misscall state】 command

Re: about show 【Misscall state】 command
misscall - status for analogue line (line shorted or user not hook-on handset).
I think for begining - "listout" command will be enought.

Re: about show 【Misscall state】 command
I thought of a way
I can use the [listerm] command without specifying a cabinet to list the status of cards and extensions on all cabinets~
Although the list will list a bunch of unnecessary information
thanks for your help
