Hi
I got same error at client4760 pc . i had twice unistall /reinstall the client same result : cannot connect to server . i tried to remove the jssecacerts from client surprise i don't found it i remove cacerts one but same . i check on ov4760 server & on another client4760 pc :jsscacerts was missing at faulty pc , so adding this file to C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\security solve the issue .
same issue but totally opsite solutions remove /add

I have met the problem of Client on 4760 server can't connect to server. what I did first to solve the problem was
- stop the NMC service manager
- uninstall Omnivita client software
- uninstall Jre (Java)
-Install the Java same release as before
- install the Omnivista server on the same PC where the Omnivisita server installed. Proceed with the installation till end by accepting installation, applying license and so on. (installation as repair). Then reboot the PC.
- finally install Omnivista client and login. All the previous settings and configurations remain unchanged.
