I was given a new OS6900 x20 as a warehouse defect. I currently have the Alcatel-Lucent OS6900-X20 version 7.3.4.204.R02 GA, August 24, 2015. Can you tell me the latest available and compatible version? And where to find it?

You need access to myportal from Alcatel - only available for partners. So you need to find a partner.
8.9R4 was the last release for this model.
