OmniSwitch 6860E-U28 stuck in U-Boot

Hi,

I have an OmniSwitch 6860E-U28 that boots into U-Boot only.
The hardware is OK, but there is no bootable AOS image present.

I understand that proprietary images cannot be shared publicly.
I am not asking for firmware files here.

Any guidance on the correct recovery procedure,
rescue image naming, or USB structure for this model
would be greatly appreciated.
