4028 IP touch not working on POE ports

Hello everyone,
In our company, the 4028 IP Touch phones stop working when we connect them to PoE network ports.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
We now have more than 200 devices that are no longer working.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Define "not working"
-> Not powering up?
-> Not reaching CPU?
-> Not getting IP Addresses

Also, what type of PoE switch did you go from, and to?
