Alcatel - Lucent 8001G deskphone loses LCD Screen Display.

Please help.What's is wrong with Alcatel-Lucent 8001G Deskphone loses LCD display thus rendering it no longer useful. Hard reboot didnt work still no display but line key 2, speaker key and message key is lighted. Many Thanks!

Respectfully, I have about 50 Alcatel Locant 8001 phones, the LCD does not turn on and 4 steady lights are on. Thank you for your help.
