OXO Barge In.

We have a client wants to activate Barge In feature.
This feature is activated but then my problem is when i try to Barge In/Intrude an extension the extension being barged in can see thru the LCD that it is being Intrude. we dont want this scenario.

The extension being barge in should not see nor hear anything from the intruder (extension.)

I tried to play with the features on each extension but unsuccessful could someone encountered this scenario?

Sorry to not add any insight to your problem, but we also have a similar problem, with the same OxO release. We are not so worried about the display on the lcd, but it becomes obvious to the client the call is with that somebody has picked up an extension. We spoke to our supplier about this problem, they seemed to think there was an issue with full duplex and half duplex, but I have not found the option to change either of these.

There are some labels that must be changed in System miscellaneous--> mem read/write. --->other labels
Search for the specific label in the TC regarding Noteworthy addresses on OXO.

but this is just a beep... right now the extension being bagred in can see through the LCD : INTRUSION, i want to remove the intrusion on the LCD mo the extension being barge. i sthis possible?
