Very sporadic. Check-in not turning on set/vm?

Every so often when a check in is made the rooms phone and voicemail are not turned on. The clerks are using a front end computer for check in/out.
This is happening in a remote node connected via T1 ABC-F2 links.
Hotel Info being sent over data network connected to a RS232 thin server into V24 port 3.
I check the links ok, hotmenu ok, and no related incidents as far as I can see. Does anyone know anything more specific I can check? It’s intermittent so very hard to locate trouble.

So in hotmenu, it shows the room checked in? But COS not changed and no vmail created for the room???

Hotmenu is not showing it checked in at all.
Actually what is happening they are using some front desk software to check in/out. So the info is not making it to the PCX sometimes. So then they would have to go into hotmenu to check the guest in. At that point everything works. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't thats why I'm confused.

RCC.
Have you heard of it?
After troubleshooting a good part of the afternoon I found none of the guests are being checked in. The rooms that were checked in already were never checked out. So at some point something broke.

Never heard of RCC. Do you have a good AHL to the RCC? Sounds like the AHL to RCC is broke.

dont know if you can do a database swap on RCC but that is what i would be doing first.
I wish alcatel made a tool so you could do bulk check-ins and check-out rather than the manual hotmenu

I don't think this ever worked. I don't have an AHL license in the node with the issue. I'm thinking they never used the PMS for this one and only used hotmenu. Thanks for the input anyway.
