Problema with Fidelio

Hello all!

Well its my first time configuring a PMS, the software that i use is Fidelio Express, the plroblem it´s, when i do a check-in or check out, the software and the PCX do it, but if i wan to do other function, like a wake-up or change the name a guest the function its no work, i think the sequences are wrong but i don´t know this sequence, do you know about some document have this sequence.

are you using a FCS box to talk to the PBX as the additional features need to enabled on that box normally
