mgr -X; mgr -line and problem

Tell me please if it's possible. I need to get phonebook or userlist from oxe (dir. number, user name etc.) and export to file (.txt, excel). Can I use mgr -line <file with parameters >output file? Maybe mgr -X? But I don't know how can I do this parameter file. Maybe You have documentation about mgr? I tried strings /usr3/mao/PHONEBM.dat but I need more information.

Why do you want to use mgr. you can use the tool "edsbr",
if you type "?" you get a very usefull help for that tool
