Broadcast Message

Thank you all for the replies on some of my other post. Have been very helpful. Have a new question.

How does one do a broadcast message to all the users on the 4635VM system? I think it is done thru either of the 2 manager mailboxes on the system, but Not sure of the instructions & prompts for creating one and sending it out. Also, I did find in a class manual , that there is no notification, can't be overridden and CAN ONLY BE 1 MINUTE IN LENGTH, is this correct? What happens if someone needs to send a broadcast message to all users on the system about emergency weather instructions and it was longer than a minute? Can this length be increased, if so how, COS???
